A passionate and popular health and fitness guru, Mr Motivator, energises an entire room as a speaker or unique event entertainer, inspiring individuals to move more for a happier lifestyle.
A firm feature of GMTV in the 90s, Mr Motivator landed on the breakfast show in 1993 as the resident expert on fitness and health. Performing high energy routines live on air, Mr Motivator encouraged participation from viewers in addition to offering advice on living a healthier life through diet and exercise. Having established a platform on GMTV, Mr motivator went on to produce several fitness DVDs for home use, including Mr Motivator’s 10 Minute Workouts, Bums, Legs and Tums and Body Conditioner: Shot in Barbados.
For over three decades, Mr Motivator his been promoting healthy living through fun-fuelled exercise, a mission that has seen him meet the former Prime Minister Gordon Brown for his committed work on the Change4Life campaign in 2009. Additionally, Mr Motivator has been an avid charity supporter, getting involved in Move It For MS, Breakthrough Running Club and Manchester Midnight Walk, a testament to his dedication to health for all.
Leaping back into his iconic spandex in 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic forced the UK into lockdown, Mr Motivator launched a virtual series on BBC called HealthCheck UK Live. Responsible for keeping the nation fit in a challenging time, Mr Motivators enthusiasm and positive energy bought light relief for many. Awarded an MBE for his services to fitness in 2020, Mr Motivator has mastered the art of motivating, either as a performer or speaker, in a virtual capacity.
