Jez began his professional speaking career in 2003, advising senior leaders on behaviour change and performance culture. Alongside this, he built a successful broadcasting career, presenting for major networks from 2005 onwards and interviewing figures ranging from Jackie Chan and Steve Coogan to Olympians and Sir Ranulph Fiennes. By 2010, he was an established broadcast presenter across multiple channels, developing a reputation for insight and authority.
