Utpal’s career began at Kanbay Software as a Software Architect before he joined IBM as an Architect, overseeing quality assurance and design. He then spent several years at Capgemini, leading critical developments in IoT, AI and Big Data as Service Delivery Manager. His expertise in scalable systems led him to senior roles as Principal Architect for AI and Analytics at Firmenich and Principal Architect for Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive at Larsen & Toubro Infotech. In 2018, Utpal became Head of Artificial Intelligence and Analytics at YES BANK, where he built advanced AI systems for financial innovation. Later, he served as Chief Digital Officer at Allied Digital Services Ltd, transforming its global technology strategy.
