Thais Compoint is best known for her work as a successful motivational speaker whose innovative leadership methods have achieved results for businesses all over the world. Thais has established herself as one of the world’s most successful business speakers and is also the founder of Declic International– an organisation that specialises in inclusion & diversity training. As a virtual speaker Thais uses her experienced as an accomplished CEO to give every business she works with a boost. Over the years Thais has gone on to appear at some of the biggest motivational speaking events in the world. Fluent in seven different languages, from an early age Thais always wanted to promote diversity in the professional world. Prior to forming Declic in 2016, she studied Human Rights and International Relations in Italy and France before taking on roles at high-profile organisations such as the UN, Coca-Cola, and Cisco.
