Best recognized for her role in Dictionary Corner on Channel 4’s Countdown, Susie is the longest-running cast member of the series. A graduate from Oxford and Princeton University, Susie started her career producing dictionaries for the Oxford University Press and has previously put her degree in German to practice contributing to foreign dictionaries. Alongside her media work, Susie has also released nine publications including a series of Language Reports, all of which explore the English language in accessible ways.

Recently, Susie has debuted her highly successful podcast ‘Something Rhymes with Purple’ and have refined her offering as a host and facilitator to a virtual format.
