Paul Tutin

Paul Tutin is Chairman and Managing Partner of Streets Chartered Accountants, a UK Top 40 Accountancy and Advisory Firm with a history stretching back to 1907. A highly experienced business adviser and financial professional, Paul has spent his career working closely with entrepreneurs, SMEs and owner-led businesses, helping them navigate the financial, commercial and regulatory challenges associated with running and growing successful organisations. His expertise spans accountancy, taxation, investment, financial planning and wealth management, giving him an unusually broad perspective on both business and personal finance. Today, he plays a central role in the continued development of Streets, working alongside 80 partners and directors and more than 500 experienced employees operating from over 40 offices across the UK and South Africa.

Paul became Chairman and Managing Partner of Streets Chartered Accountants in 2001 and has subsequently overseen the firm’s significant development and expansion. Under his leadership, Streets has grown to become recognised as a UK Top 40 Accountancy and Advisory Firm, while retaining its longstanding focus on supporting entrepreneurial and owner-managed organisations. The firm works alongside more than 200 owner-led businesses, giving Paul extensive exposure to the opportunities and challenges faced by business leaders across different sectors. Alongside his leadership responsibilities, he continues to bring considerable experience to clients requiring advice on accounting, taxation and investment matters, combining technical financial knowledge with an understanding of the practical realities of building and managing a business.

Paul’s wider leadership positions demonstrate the breadth of his financial and commercial expertise. Since 2009, he has served as Chairman of Tower House Wealth Management Limited, extending his experience into wealth management and financial planning. He is also Chairman of Streets Financial Consulting Ltd, further strengthening his involvement in financial consulting and advisory services. In 2026, Paul became Chairman of Streets South Africa, reflecting the firm’s growing international presence and his role in its continued development beyond the UK. These positions complement his leadership of a firm with more than a century of experience supporting SMEs and owner-led enterprises.
