Jamie Morton

Jamie Morton is a former member of the Armed Services, having spent 14 years in service and four of those years as part of the Parachute Regiment. Jamie also spent many years as part of the Special Forces, trained in high-level shooting, HALO, HAHO, Patrol Medicine, mountain guiding, DSV skiing and advanced driving. Jamie has also become well known for being directing staff on the hit Channel 4 programme SAS: Who Dares Wins and Director of ThruDark.

As a child, Jamie enjoyed being outdoors and had a short attention span, unfortunately leaving school with few grades. After struggling with education, Jamie decided to move to Catterick and join the PARAs and passed the training. Joining 3 PARA, Jamie served with the Parachute Regiment for four years travelling the globe to many hostile environments in Afghanistan and Iraq. After four years in the PARAs, Jamie took on the challenge of Special Forces selection, passing the gruelling selection process to join the UKSF.

During his time in Military service, Jamie was exposed to some of the most hostile environments in the world. Throughout his service, Jamie was deployed worldwide to Tier 1 operations, even working to train foreign special forces units. As a member of the Parachute Regiment, Jamie learnt to parachute in a variety of environments, from jumping with a heavy kit to parachuting in the dark. Jamie also honed skills as a medic, providing life-saving aid to fellow members of the forces whilst in armed combat. Outside of his military operations, Jamie has also forged a reputation as an adventurer, having previously summitted Mount Everest twice.

Today, Jamie is highly sought as an online event speaker, covering inspirational and motivational tales of his service life. After appearing on SAS: Who Dares Wins, Jamie built a strong following and is called to perform at virtual events covering topics of leadership, calculating risk and mental resilience.
