Caspar Berry has forged a reputable career as an entrepreneur, best known for his time spent across the screens of British television and as a professional poker player. He has been the main character in television dramas and films and has also written for various top programs on British television. Caspar is also well known for being the co-founder of Twenty First Century Media and presenter of Poker Night Live.
Back during his A levels, Caspar began his career as an actor when he was scouted to join BBC’s Byker Grove. In the series he starred alongside stars Ant and Dec, playing the main character Gill. After winning the heart of the public with his acting skills, Caspar was later sought to appear on The Black Velvet Gown, Spender and Bring Me the Head of Mavis Davis. Caspar also wrote for a number of programmes during his early career, including the likes of Downtime, Killing Time, The Crow: Salvation, Hollyoaks and Byker Grove. When he was 25, Caspar left the world of entertainment to move to New York and become a professional poker player.
Making a great fortune as a professional poker player, Caspar ultimately returned to England and used his winnings to found his own company. Co-founder of Twenty First Century Media, Caspar worked with the company until 2008 when he sold it to a PLC. After selling his company, Caspar began working as a keynote speaker, having now forged a reputable career as a speaker since 2005. He first began speaking for the organisation The Mind Gym, but now delivers his crowd-pleasing talks independently.
