Katy began her career in media at Feather Brooksbank before joining MediaCom North, where she progressed from Senior Account Manager to Business Development Controller and ultimately Head of New Business and Marketing by 2015. Her trajectory continued at Social Chain, where she rose to Managing Director and helped transform the start-up into a £300 million global marketing leader in partnership with Steven Bartlett. During this period, the business expanded from 30 employees to more than 750 across 24 international offices. Katy also headed the media team at Salford City FC, overseeing execution for Stick to Football and supporting the launch of The Overlap, now one of the UK’s leading YouTube channels with over 1.6 million subscribers and a Broadcast Sport Award for YouTube Channel of the Year.
In 2022, Katy became Chief Executive Officer of Relentless Group and was named among Business Live’s 22 Women in Leadership. She has since taken on fractional CMO roles for high-growth brands including NADINE MERABI, Luxe Collective and Glowwa, while continuing to build a LinkedIn community of more than 70,000 professionals. A LinkedIn Top Voice in 2019 and 2020, Campaign Female Frontier Honouree and IPA Women of Tomorrow finalist, she has consistently been recognised for her industry impact.
