Susie Wolff is an icon of motorsports. Her pioneering work with the Girls on Track initiative has welcomed countless young female drivers into the sport, a reflection of her passion for diversity. Susie herself has led a thriving career both behind the wheel and at the helm of Formula E’s Venturi. When booked for events, Susie shares with guests her incredible story, including her mental resilience strategies and inspiring achievements.
In 2014, Susie made history by becoming the first female to participate in a Formula 1 weekend since 1992, 22 years prior. Upon joining the historic Williams F1 team, Susie drove in multiple free practice sessions at the British and German Grand Prix, where she produced finish times rivalling the male drivers. Such valuable experiences opened Susie’s eyes to the lack of gender equality in motorsport, a core focus of her future initiative, Girls on Track.
Susie joined the Venturi Formula E Team in 2018, as a shareholder and Team Principal. The defining appointment set a standard for diversity in motorsport, and continues to supply young female drivers with a valuable role model. The position only added to Susie’s reputation as a champion of inclusion, having founded Girls on Track only two years prior. From engineering to racing, Susie has helped girls realise their true potential in all facets of motorsport.
Starting as a young girl, Susie’s first accolade was as the 1996 British Woman Kart Racing Driver of the Year. Her titles include the 24hr Middle East Kart Championship, as well as several respectable finishes at the Formula “A” World Championships, for which she was named Top Female Kart Driver in the World. Susie later competed in the Formula Renault UK Championship, Formula 3 and at the German Touring Car series.
In 2013, Susie made history by becoming the first female driver in the Race of Champions, a feat which earned her an MBE for her services to Women in Sport and an Honorary Fellowship from the University of Edinburgh. When booked for events, she resonates with female audience members, by inspiring them to dream big. Having thrived in a male-dominated sport, Susie is the ideal speaker to discuss determination and mental resilience, especially when faced with external criticism.

“I’ve had the privilege of working with Susie Wolff for an executive event that our company has organized, in that time I have known Susie to be a personable, enthusiastic and a brilliant businesswoman and driver. Susie has built a strong reputation as someone with vision, diligence, and technical knowledge and I am thrilled I had the chance to experience seeing Susie implement these skills outside the racetrack. I found her speech at our conference to be incredibly valuable and educational, and so did the diverse group of automotive executives visiting our event. I strongly recommend Susie to anyone looking for a motivational or business speaker.”
